Our Managed Maintenance Service (MMS) makes certain your wood floor surface is clean, slip resistant, regularly monitored for wear, and protected for the long term.

Working together we tailor a maintenance agreement which considers the needs of your surface; how it is used, its condition and its anticipated wear. Each agreement is specific to you and your wood floor.
We have maintained many floors in many homes, rental properties and holiday homes since 1968.
